I might need some help constructing a super lightweight 12 volt battery. The motherboard works off 12 volts / 1.5 amps will do. I’ll probably need some help figuring out the cut down system / parachute and I might need some help with building a lightweight antenna for the handheld radio.
Would it be a bad idea to use hydrogen? Hydrogen is much cheaper than helium and my math indicates the helium cost could go as high as $300.00. Does melting a hole in the side of a hydrogen filled balloon seem like a bad idea 
I plan to strip all the weight off everything I can to keep the total load under 4 lbs. No FAA rules apply under 6 lbs from my read of the FARS.
